The clash marks the meeting between the last two coaches of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’, held in 2023, where “Iron’s” team ended the season as the big winners.
At the age of 35, “The Notorious”, 22-6 returns to the cage after a long period away. In his last two bouts, he was beaten by Dustin Poirier in January and July 2021 – having suffered a serious ankle injury in the most recent bout.
On the other hand, Chandler, 23-8, 37, is also looking to get back to winning ways, having won just once in his three recent bouts with the organization. The last time he stepped into the octagon, he was also beaten by “Diamante”.
