In each round, Vieira executed his strategy flawlessly and took the fight to the canvas with relative ease. Despite her control on the ground, she was unable to finish with several attempts, including an arm-triangle choke that Kianzad deftly avoided. However, in a surprising twist in the middle of the last round, Kianzad managed to reverse Vieira’s position and gain the advantage momentarily. Despite her visible urgency, Kianzad was unable to mount a significant attack and the fight ended with her on top, unable to change the final result.
