After a three-week break, Formula 1 resumes its 10-race series over the next 14 weeks to bring the season to a close. The central focus is whether any of the teams can interrupt Red Bull’s unblemished run in 2023. Meanwhile, Max Verstappen enters his home circuit on the back of eight consecutive wins. This gives the Dutch driver the opportunity to equal Sebastian Vettel’s all-time record of nine consecutive Formula 1 victories during the coming weekend.
Despite the summer standstill that all Formula 1 teams were subjected to, attention will be focused on the upgrade packages introduced at Zandvoort. At the same time, most teams will shift their development focus to the upcoming 2024 season.
Daniel Ricciardo, who took part in two races on his return before the summer break, aims to make a lasting impression during his time at AlphaTauri. He took over from Nyck de Vries before the Hungarian Grand Prix in July.
Weather forecast for the Dutch Grand Prix
