The quarter-finals of the Copa do Brasil are now set, with the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) announcing the dates of the long-awaited matches. The remaining eight teams, including Bahia, Grêmio, São Paulo, Palmeiras, América-MG, Corinthians, Athletico-PR and Flamengo, will compete for the chance to lift the prestigious trophy.
The quarter-final matches will be held on July 4 and 5 for the first legs, and on July 12 and 13 for the return legs. Each club that has qualified for this stage has already secured a prize of R$4.3 million. Advancing to the semi-finals will bring in an additional R$9 million for each qualifying team.
The matches have also been decided. The winner of the match between Corinthians and América-MG will face the winner of São Paulo and Palmeiras.
On the other side of the bracket, Flamengo will face Athletico-PR, and the winner will face either Bahia or Grêmio.

First stage:
July 4th (Tuesday)
- 9 p.m. – Bahia-Gremio
July 5th (Wednesday)
- 19:30 – São Paulo – Palmeiras
- 21:30 – América-MG vs Corinthians
- 21:30 – Flamengo vs Athletico-PR
Second stage:
July 12th (Wednesday)
- 19:00 – Grêmio-Bahia
- 21:30 – Corinthians vs América-MG
- 21:30 – Athletico-PR v Flamengo
July 13th (Thursday)
- 8pm – Palmeiras vs. São Paulo
