Warriors beat Sacramento Kings in decisive game
The Golden State Warriors defeated the Kings in Game 4 of the best-of-seven playoff, with the Warriors looking for a nail-biting finish. The final score was 126-125. Stephen Curry has been the Warriors’ best player, scoring 32 points and hitting five three-pointers. However, he made a vital mistake by asking for a timeout that the club didn’t have, giving the Kings a tenuous chance in the final minutes of the game.
De’Aaron Fox led the Kings to victory, scoring 38 points, dishing out five assists and grabbing nine rebounds. With 28.7 seconds left in the game, his 3-point basket brought the Kings within one point of the Warriors.
Klay Thompson was instrumental in the Warriors’ victory, hitting a 3-pointer to beat the third quarter clock and then with 3:24 remaining to finish with 26 points. Game 5 of the series will be played at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. Despite the loss, the Kings can be proud of Sabonis’ effort. He had 14 points, eight assists and seven rebounds in the game and is determined to help the Kings win their first playoff series since beating Dallas in the first round in 2004.
Tatum leads Boston Celtics to victory over Atlanta Hawks
The Boston Celtics defeated the Hawks 129-121 in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Celtics scored a victory thanks to 31 points from Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
The second-placed Celtics were five points ahead after three quarters. They then beat the seventh-placed Hawks 37-34 in the fourth to establish a 3-1 lead in the series. Tatum had a fantastic game, grabbing seven rebounds, dishing out four assists and blocking three shots. Brown hit 12 of his 22 shots, including three of his four 3-point attempts.
Despite the greatness of Trae Young, who led the Hawks with 35 points and 15 assists, the team was unable to close the gap. De’Andre Hunter also had a strong game for the Hawks, scoring 27 points.

Minnesota Timberwolves beat Nuggets in overtime to stay alive
The Minnesota Timberwolves avoided elimination from the playoffs by beating the Nuggets 114-108 in overtime in Game 4 of their series. Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves with 34 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 17 points and 11 rebounds.
Nikola Jokic had a great performance in the post-season for the Nuggets, tying a career best in the playoffs with 43 points, as well as grabbing 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Rudy Gobert also contributed 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Timberwolves. The game was close, with Denver scoring the last 12 points of the game to go into OT. Timberwolves, held on for the win. With the win, the Timberwolves are still in the series, despite losing to the Nuggets 3-1. They must win three consecutive matches to advance to the next round of the playoffs.
